How All Coast Tyre Solutions is responding to COVID-19

Here at All Coast Tyre Solutions & All Coast Goodyear Autocare, we would like to reassure all of our customers that we are taking the necessary precautions to keep both you and our staff safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Read on to find out the measures that we have put in place. 

Why we remain open

At present, the government is only enforcing the closure of locations that encourage public gatherings, including premises such as restaurants, bars, cafes, and gyms.

This is to help slow down the spread of COVID-19.

As a service provider, who does not encourage large public gatherings, both our Yandina and Maroochydore stores remain open to provide automotive services to those in need.

Though for some, things have changed, for many they have not.

We are currently operating business as usual for all of our customers.  

Our COVID-19 Safety Measures 

Here’s what we are doing at both our Yandina and Maroochydore stores to keep you and our staff safe from COVID-19. 

• Stay at home if you feel unwell
  We kindly ask that if you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, including a cough or high temperature, that you refrain from bringing your vehicle into our stores and isolate yourself at home in accordance with government guidelines
• Disinfecting our waiting room daily
  To ensure that the waiting rooms at both our stores remain safe and clear from COVID-19, we are disinfecting all surfaces including the countertops, chairs and coffee machines every day.
  We are also providing disinfectant spray and wipes at our front door for customers to disinfect these items themselves if they would like to before entering.
• Distancing customers from our staff at the front counter
  Social distancing is an important measure to help stop the spread of the coronavirus and so to keep both our staff and customers safe, we have set up a 1.5-meter wide tyre barrier in front of our front desk.
  Please stand behind this barrier when speaking with staff or waiting to be served.
  If the waiting room is busy, please stand outside and wait for someone to leave before entering.
  

• Wiping down the inside of your vehicle with disinfectant
  Before conducting any work on your vehicle, our staff are wiping down all common touch points with disinfectant, including the steering wheel, hand brakes, indicators, door handles, gear stick and seat belts. This process is then repeated before they exit your vehicle.

• Waiting room – Social Distancing 
  We have removed some of the our waiting room chairs and tables to comply with the social distancing guidelines.
  We have also marked out a couple of ‘X’ of where we request to stand to ensure the 1.5m separation between our customers and staff members. 
• Wearing gloves when inside your vehicle
  Whilst inside your vehicle our staff are also now wearing gloves at all times and are changing them frequently and between vehicles. 
• Providing disinfectant spray at our front door
  When you come to drop off or collect your vehicle you will find disinfectant spray at our front door for you to disinfect your hands, car keys, our front door handle and anything else that you would like to ensure is clean.
  This spray is here for you to use and so please use it.
• Hand sanitizer on our front counters
  Finally, we are offering disinfectant hand sanitizer at our front counters for our staff and customers to use

By implementing these changes and new procedures we are confident that we are able to keep both our staff and our customer’s safe, and hope that you will continue to support us throughout this period of uncertainty.

We would also like to reassure our customers that should the government increase their lock down measures or introduce new safety protocols we will act accordingly.
